For the past few years, RCI, Inc. has helped people with disabilities in Rio Rancho enhance their lives through our innovative programs and services. Our programs have helped so many in the community -- and now, we are introducing a new name and new look to our organization that will let the community in Rio Rancho know just how we can help people with disabilities reach their true potential.
